We have two multi-purpose studio rooms where group classes are held regularly. During non-class hours, members free to use the studios for stretching and/or their own personal training routines.
This multipurpose room is devoted for exercise classes such as Zumba, Yoga, Step Aerobics, Dance Fitness, Boxing, Body Toning, Belly Dance, etc. Two custom made heavy bags are also located in this area for boxing / martial arts training.
Studio 2 is devoted for exercise classes such as Yoga, Kick Boxing, Grappling, BJJ, Strething, MMA Basics, Core Conditioning, etc. One custom made heavy bag is also located in this area for boxing / martial arts training.
