ADIDAS 1st WOMEN’S WORKOUT CHALLENGE – JULY 2018
ADIDAS 1st WOMEN’S WORKOUT CHALLENGE consist of a series of challenges in fitness training that requires speed and endurance for the members of Star Fitness HCM, aged 16 years and over.
I. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
- Apply directly at the reception counter.
- Then, members will be instructed to 4 challenges by one of our fitness instructors.
- Before actually joining the challenge, members can encouraged to practice by themselves, as well as setting their own limits on speed, endurance and time.
- When you are ready to start, please notify one of our receptionists or fitness instructors.
II. CHALLENGE CONTENT
- Participants have a maximum of 30 seconds for each challenge and a 15 second in-between each exercise challenge (a total of 3 minutes for completing all 4 challenges).
- A SF staff will arrange for one of our fitness instructors to oversee the challenges for you. Please note that you will only have one chance to perform the challenge exercises to determine your scores so make sure you’re properly warmed up and ready to go.
- With your permission, we may make some videos of a few of the members participating in the challenges (which will be posted on Facebook) for motivational purposes so let us know beforehand if this is ok with you.

III. TIMING
- Register Times: starting from 15:00pm on July 24th to 22:00pm July 29th, 2018
- Challenge Times: from 15:00pm, July 24th to 12:00pm July 30th, 2018
- Publish the Results and Awards: July 31st, 2018
IV. PRIZES
- There are 2 FIRST PLACE PRIZES for 2 winners with the highest scores: one pair of Adidas shoes worth VND 5,000,000
- There are 2 SECOND PLACE PRIZES for 2 winners with the next highest scores: 1 Adidas outfit wear (pants & top) worth VND 1,500,000
